Artist Bio:

Hi! My name is Becky Blose. I am a native Ohioan, born and raised in the little country town of Vienna. I found Jesus when I was 25 and immediately began to receive songs from the Lord. I had never experienced anything quite like this in my life. The Holy Spirit spoke to my heart and told me to write these things down, not really knowing why since I had no prior musical background. It was approximately 3 years later that I was given my first guitar, and was shown 3 major chords to start. I put these chords to most of my first songs and that is how I began. I've been writing songs for about 20 years now; singing about 15 of those years and playing guitar for about 17. I can truly say God has been preparing me for what He has in store for my life and up until a couple of years ago, I really didn't know what my calling was. But it is definately clear that it is reaching people in a real way through music and art. I praise God for the opportunity to have made my 1st cd entitled "Out Of The Blue". I am so looking forward to recording again and hopefully soon. I have about 40 more songs to share with others and the hardest thing to do as a singer\songwriter is to have to hold them in. I believe they were given to me to share with others like the scripture says "freely you have received, freely give". There is a vast amount of people we need to reach and the time I believe is shortening each day. My husband Rick and I have been married for 28 yrs, have 4 children and 2 grandchildren. My husband remained unsaved until about 10 years ago. Praise God! Life is a daily journey of learning and growing for both of us! God is Good! He has taught me how to love in extremely tough times. He has truly been faithful in my life and has brought me and my family through many trials. Many of the songs I've written have come out of those trials. I just love to minister to people through music and I love to praise my Lord! God has blessed me to be a part of the worship team at Rock of Grace Family Ministries in Kinsman OH. www.rockofgrace.org I pray my songs will always bring glory to Jesus and minister His healing to all who hear. I pray that God keeps giving me more songs to share with you all! Thanks and be blessed!
